Coordinating and organizing cultural information and events related to a project featuring man-animal, culture-nature interface. This will also involve interaction with experts and institutions, and coordinating with central government ministries

Duration
Contractual short-term engagement, extendable based on project requirements

Eligibility
The application should have:

• Master’s Degree in a heritage related field (anthropology/ history/ heritage conservation/ heritage studies/ social sciences etc.)
• Minimum five years of experience in the relevant field, with project management experience
• Conversant with the idea of multidisciplinary approach to knowledge and knowledge creation, through previous demonstrated institutional and individual work
• Experience in research and editing, with publications to support
• Experience in coordination and management of events/ exhibitions/ seminars/ conferences
• Website work experience and dissemination across cultural and public spaces 
• Work experience or engagement with resources in Southeast Asia would be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and compilation of content on the thematic focus of the Project
• Organisation of events/conferences/seminars in online as well as in-person mode
• Coordination with the team within INTACH, national and international organisations and experts related to the project
• Coordination with other consultants for website, exhibition design and execution, publications etc.
• Managing budget, timelines and deliverables for the project.

Compensation

Location: INTACH Conservation Institute, Lucknow

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable – depends on what you bring to the table!

Key Responsibilities:

• Making architectural & documentation drawings.
• Site visits.
• Prepare writing reports and presentations.
• Contribute to awareness programs and heritage-related initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (Conservation background is a plus!)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
• Strong research and documentation skills
• Passion for heritage conservation and cultural preservation
• Ability to work independently and within a team
